1/2 cup plum jam
1/2 tsp. grated fresh orange peel
1 clove fresh garlic, minced (about 3/4 tsp.)
2 Tablespoons orange juice
1 tsp. corn starch (or arrowroot starch)
2 Tablespoons GFCF Tamari Sauce, or Pseudo Psoy Psauce
Blend all ingredients together in a small sauce pan, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
